The basic treatment course is typically centered around “Assessment – Relaxation – Adjustment – Integration”, with the core being the use of gentle techniques on the skull base and related structures to relieve tension, as follows:
1. Initial Assessment (10-15 minutes)
The therapist communicates the patient’s medical history (such as head trauma, neck discomfort, sleep issues, etc.), observes the morphology and range of motion of the skull base and neck, excludes contraindications (such as acute skull fracture, intracranial hypertension, etc.), and clarifies the healing focus.
2. Full-body relaxation preparation (5-10 minutes)
Through standing and lying down, listen to determine the client’s physical and mental balance and tension structure, and preliminarily release the current tension center.

3. Craniosacral Core Adjustment (20-30 minutes)
Apply extremely gentle contact with 5g force (e.g., fingertips lightly touching the bottom of the occipital bone, mastoid region, or other key cranio-sacral areas), perceive subtle rhythms or tension points in the craniosacral system, and use slow, sustained force (not pressure) to help release adhesions or tensions in the craniosacral bones and fascia, improving the space at the base of the skull and related neural and vascular pathways.
4. Integration and Feedback (5-10 minutes)
After completing the core procedure, guide the user to lie flat and rest, observe physical feedback (such as whether head heaviness has improved or breathing is smoother), and inform them of postoperative precautions.
-Course frequency: Usually once per week; 3–6 sessions constitute one cycle, which may be adjusted based on individual tension relief needs.
