Please carefully read all terms of this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) before using the Mini Program. Your access, login and use of the Mini Program shall be deemed that you fully accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope and Validity of the Agreement

1. This Agreement constitutes a valid legal contract between you and 轻释LIghtenluxe (hereinafter referred to as “us”) regarding your use of our services.
2. We reserve the right to update this Agreement according to business needs. The revised Agreement will be published within the Mini Program and take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Mini Program indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2. Account Rules and User Code of Conduct

1. You shall log in to the Mini Program with a legal WeChat account and bear full legal responsibility for all activities under your account.
2. You warrant that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and shall update it timely. We shall not be liable for any loss caused by false or inaccurate information provided by you.
3. You shall not use this Mini Program to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating relevant laws, regulations and public order and good customs;
• Infringing intellectual property rights, trade secrets or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party;
• Publishing or disseminating false, fraudulent, pornographic, violent or harmful information;
• Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the Mini Program, or unauthorized access and tampering of program data.

4. You may voluntarily reserve an email address only for receiving official service notifications, business replies and customer service communication from us. You shall not reserve any unauthorized third-party email address, nor use the reserved email for mass spamming, illegal promotion or illegal information dissemination. We strictly protect your email privacy and will not disclose, sell or leak your email information to any third party without your consent.

3. Service Content and Adjustment

1. We provide you with services based on the existing functions of the Mini Program, including but not limited to [Core Function Description].
2. We may adjust, upgrade, suspend or terminate the service at any time due to business operation needs, and will try our best to notify users via in-program announcements.

4. Personal Information Protection

1. We collect, use, store and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of this Mini Program.
2. You agree that we may process your relevant information in accordance with the Privacy Policy to provide and optimize our services.

5. Intellectual Property Statement

1. All contents of the Mini Program, including but not limited to texts, pictures, codes and interface designs, are protected by intellectual property laws. No reproduction, modification or dissemination is allowed without our written permission.
2. You retain the intellectual property rights of the content you publish on the Mini Program, and you grant us a permanent, free and non-exclusive right to use such content for the operation and promotion of our services.

6. Disclaimer

1. We strive to ensure the stability and security of the Mini Program, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We shall not be liable for service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure, network failure or third-party service suspension.
2. We shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the service, except as otherwise stipulated by law.

7. Termination of Agreement

1. You may stop using the Mini Program at any time. We may also suspend or terminate our services in accordance with this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations.
2. We have the right to terminate the service immediately if you violate any provisions of this Agreement, and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.

8. Dispute Resolution

1. The conclusion, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court where the operator is located.

9. Miscellaneous

1. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be subject to supplementary rules and official announcements released by us.
